Let me take this opportunity to tout a professional who is too humble to boast for himself. I have dealt with Kyle Puckett (owner of Imports Parts Pro), in the past. He had helped a local Ft Lauderdale Z shop where I used to take my car for repairs. Unfortunately, the last time I took my car in, I was unaware that the main person who used to handle my car was no longer working there and the shop did not offer this information up front, even when I asked for him. I will say, the new Owner/ Mgr tried to handle the mess as best he could and I thank him for that effort. Now as I was saying, Kyle helped out a few years back diagnose a cam shaft issue. He did this over the phone for/ with the shop to a sucessful resolution, but this time he went above his usual great customer service to a new high and I feel the members deserve to know. I recently had to replace 3 injectors and as you all know this meant an opportunity for an upgrade. Kyle helped me put a combination together for my car that would allow me to later add larger turbos ($$$). I got bigger injectors, boost controller, dual intake, ECU Chip upgrade and hard pipes (bling). Excited, I took all the boxes to the shop to have my new toys installed. It took 7 weeks and countless calls to Kyle by both me and the shop, as Kyle and I tried to explain and walk the shop through the install (a normal persons patience would have been gone 1/2 way through). The entire time Kyle never waivered in his extreme professionalism, even when the guy working on the car on this end told us these were all the wrong parts and they would not work together. Little did he know. I have to say, I am truly amazed that someone with Kyle's vast wealth of Z knowledge always seems to have time to help those of us less fortunate. I look forward to the day that I am ready to add my turbos (600 RWHP, here I come). I will undoubtedly pull my motor myself (lacking any good Z shops in the Ft Lauderdale area that I am aware of, and ship my motor to Kyle to have the work done by a outstanding professional. Kyle I can't thank you enough.
